Q. Can you convert my vehicle into a minibus?
A. Yes. The Smart flooring system is the only option available. There are no alternatives available and it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain type approval MOT status as we are not a testing station.
Q. Is your work guaranteed?
A. Yes all conversions are guaranteed for 12 months.
Q. Do I need certificates for my insurance?
A. No but we will automatically supply certificates.
Q. Will I receive an invoice?
A. Yes every customer will receive an invoice and it will confirm how they payment has been received.
Q. How can I pay?
A. Payments accepted are debit card, credit card (subject to fee’s) cash, bank transfer. Allow 5 working days for cheques to clear before work can commence.
Q. What happens if I have a warranty issue?
A. Bring your vehicle back at your earliest convenience and we will rectify any issues you may have with immediate effect.
Q. Can I leave my vehicle with you for a few days / week?
A. Yes you can however vehicles are left at the owner’s risk.
Q. You have converted my vehicle and another converter’s opinion is that the materials used are not suitable?
A. We have been converting for many years and the products we use are purchased from the best automotive suppliers in the UK and are available for viewing before any work commences to satisfy the customer.
Q. Do you sell parts or accessories?
A. Sorry no, we supply and fit only.
Q. Is there a train station nearby if I want to leave my vehicle with you ?
A. Yes. Yardley Wood train station is a 5 minute drive / 25 minute walk.
Q. Can you fit my own seats/windows?
A. No sorry as we cannot offer a guarantee against faulty or failure to 2nd hand seats/windows.
Q. Do you fit pop top roofs?
A. Sorry, no due to manufacturer’s warranties not exceeding our criteria.
Q. Are your products fire retardant?
A. Yes
Q. Do you offer servicing and repairs?
A. Sorry no we are not a garage.
Q. How can I book my vehicle in for a conversion?
A. Call or email us and we will guarantee you a date and time that meets your requirements.
Q. Which vans can you convert?
A. All vans can be converted.
Q. While you wait service?
A. Yes we offer a while you wait service subject to the amount of work that is carried out.
Q. Do you offer a discount for the trade?
A. Sorry no as we operate our business on low profit but volume of work to enable us to maintain a healthy business.
Q. Do you offer a collection / delivery service?
A. Sorry no as we insist our customers check the quality of conversion at our premises before satisfying any payments due to us.
